What is included in my subscription?
When you join the Storytime Hub, you will get instant access to 12 months’ worth of Storytime magazines and teaching resources plus standalone stories. We will then load a new magazine and teaching resources onto the Hub every month. With some of our subscription offers, you will have complete access to all Storytime content – over 6 years' worth of resources. School will also get extra login details so that pupils can access and enjoy these resources in the classroom and at home.
What is the price?
We have different subscription offers and pricing for schools and parents. Please select the option that applies.
What ages is Storytime suitable for?
We have a broad readership from ages 4 to 9. Storytime is perfect for children aged 4 to 6 reading with an adult or older child, and 7 to 9 reading independently. For children with English as an additional language the age range can be slightly older.
Once I have taken out a subscription, how will it be confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours.
When will I have access to the materials in the Storytime Hub?
You should have instant access to the materials in the Storytime Hub. If you have any problems please contact service@storytimehub.com
I have not received the Welcome Email. What should I do?
When you sign up, you should receive a Welcome Email. This email includes a link to activate your subscription. If you don't receive this email, please check your email spam folder. If you are still missing the email, you can activate your subscription using this link:
I received the Welcome email but not able to log in. Why am I not able to log in?

I have forgotten my password. Can I reset it?
Please use the link below to reset your password. Enter the email that was used when ordering your subscription. An email will be sent to the provided email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
I have also ordered hard copies of the magazine. When will the first issue of my subscription be dispatched?
We send out copies of Storytime around the first Wednesday of each month – any orders received before the end of the previous month will be included in the next mailing.
How do I pay for my subscription?
You can pay online by credit or debit card, or alternatively schools can choose the invoice option on the order form. You will be sent the invoice via email – where you will have a choice of paying by card, bank transfer or cheque.
How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription auto-renews. This can be managed in the Account section of the Storytime Hub.
How do I notify you about a change of details?
You can update your delivery and contact details in the Account section of the Storytime Hub, or alternatively you can send us an email at hello@storytimehub.com .
I have a problem. How do I contact customer services?
Please contact our customer service team at hello@storytimehub.com, who will get back to you within 2 working days.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, by turning off the auto-renew option in the Account section of the Storytime Hub, or by contacting us at hello@storytimehub.com. Please give us at least 7 days’ notice before the renewal date to allow us enough time to stop the payment being processed by your bank.
Is the online payment system secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.
Can I order a subscription outside the UK?
Yes – we are delighted to welcome customers from outside the UK and there is a choice of sterling, US dollar or euro pricing.
