“Conditions” means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out on the page of the Website headed
“Storytime Hub Terms and Conditions” on the date on which the Contract is made.
“Contract” means a contract made on these Conditions for the purchase of a Subscription.
“Order” means a request by you to purchase an Issue or a Subscription to Storytime magazine either by submitting the order via the Website or by submitting an order by telephone or by post.
“Subscription” means a subscription to the Storytime Hub and/or other Storytime products, as described on the Website, which Storytime will supply in accordance with these Conditions.
“Storytime” means Storytime Magazine Ltd about whom additional information is set out in these Conditions.
“Website” means the Internet site with the domain name storytimehub.com.
2 Company Information
2.1 Storytime Magazine Ltd is the owner and provider of Storytime Hub and Storytime magazine. The registered address is 64 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0AS, United Kingdom, under company number 07086169.
2.2. The terms "Storytime", "We" and "Us", shall mean Storytime Magazine Limited, the owner of this Website. The terms "Subscriber”, You", and "Your" refers to the user or viewer of this Website.
2.3. Storytime is the Data Controller within the definition of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3 Placing an Order
3.1 Once you have placed an Order for a Subscription on our Website, we will send you a confirmatory email, at which point a Contract is deemed to have created between You and Us.
3.2 Once the Contract is in place and the confirmation email has been sent to you, we will deliver your Subscription in accordance with Clauses 4.1 and 2.2
3.3 Orders will not be accepted from under-18s.
3.4 You warrant and undertake to us that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions; (b) the information provided in your Order is accurate and complete; and (c) you will be able to accept delivery of the Issues or Subscription.
4.1 A new edition of Storytime magazine, with accompanying activities, will be loaded onto the Storytime Hub on the first Wednesday of each month.
4.2 If you receive printed copies, they will be sent out in the post on the first Wednesday of each month. Delivery charges are included in the price of your order. If you have any delivery problems please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.3 We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel printed copies in your subscription if it becomes apparent to us that the postal or courier service in your area is continually failing to deliver to your address successfully or on time.
4.4 The registration processes will involve providing you with a School ID, usernames and passwords and We shall provide You with a designated account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Storytime cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.5 Your member account is strictly for your personal use only and you may not use your account to download and print for anyone else.
4.6 Subscribers are prohibited from sharing digital copies, log in credentials and downloadable activities across all Storytime products, with anyone not included in your subscription. Storytime does not allow volume printing arrangements of our stories, unless specifically agreed in writing (these will be individually negotiated).
4.7 Storytime is not responsible for non-delivery or technical limitations of the end user for any reason in respect of any of the services in this clause. You are strongly advised to read our help and support FAQs.
5 Your Subscription
5.1 The standard contract period for the Storytime Hub is one year. We operate a rolling renewal process. This means we will automatically renew your Storytime Hub subscription package every year.
5.2 You can turn off Auto Renewal in the subscription section of the Storytime Hub, or you can amend or cancel your subscription at the end of the current contract by contacting us by email. Please give at least 7 days’ notice prior to the end of your contract. If we do not receive a cancellation notice from you in this time your contract will be automatically renewed for another year and a new invoice will be issued.
5.3 Invoices will be sent annually and are payable within 30 days. Prices are guaranteed for the duration of your subscription.
5.4 We reserve the right to increase the prices for any subsequent year in line with our own inflationary cost increases.
5.5 On registering for a subscription, you acknowledge that you have provided Storytime with the correct contact details for the ongoing management of the subscription and for billing purposes. Should any of these contacts change it will be your responsibility to update Storytime with new contact details.
6 Intellectual Property
6.1 All stories, resources and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Storytime Magazine Limited. You are prohibited from reproducing, extracting, providing links to or otherwise communicating or making available to third parties any part of the content of this Website or any resources therein without our written consent. You may modify any resource that has been provided in an editable format to meet the needs of your learners.
6.2 You acknowledge that, by making use of this Website, you are agreeing to comply with this prohibition and that any breach thereof is likely to result in legal proceedings being issued against you.
6.3 You acknowledge that all materials You download remain the property of Storytime in perpetuity.
7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Storytime harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs, claims and expenses incurred directly or indirectly (including reasonable legal fees) incurred in connection with or arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any third parties related to the use of the Content, our Website, service and tools. This indemnity includes both any liability to third parties, and other costs and losses incurred by Storytime.
7.2 The Website is designed to be compliant with the applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales. Due to the global nature of the Internet, users from all over the world will have access to the Website, however if you are resident in a country outside of the United Kingdom you use the Website at your own risk.
8 Service Availability
8.1 Storytime has an excellent record of uptime and availability of the Website. We do not, however, guarantee that the Website will operate continuously without interruptions or be error free and accept no liability for its unavailability.
8.2 Storytime reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the Website or the supply of any products and services by us is subject to the laws of England and Wales including in relation to any non-contractual obligations arising therefrom.
